This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use the Syria Estate app. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. Target Audience

Our Services are designed for users involved in real estate, including but not limited to:

• Tenants and landlords managing rental properties

• Service providers (e.g. brokers, agents, inspectors) in the property sector

Personal Data Collected

• Contact & Identity: Your name, phone number, email address, physical address or location. For example, our form may ask for your full name, email, and phone number when you create an account or list a property. We may also collect government-issued identifiers (passport or national ID numbers) if you submit them for identity verification.
• Location: With your consent, we may obtain your device's GPS or general location to provide location-based search or map features. Even without GPS, we may infer your approximate location from your IP address.
• User-Provided Images/Documents: Any photos or images you upload (such as property photos or profile pictures). We may also collect scanned documents or ID/passport images when you use features like account verification.
• Usage and Device Data: We automatically collect technical and usage information from your device each time you use the App. This includes your IP address, device type, operating system, browser or app version, and details of your interactions with the App (pages viewed, time spent, clicks, etc.). These log data help us understand app usage patterns and improve performance.

• Service Operation & Improvement: To provide, operate, and improve our Services. For instance, usage logs and interaction data are analyzed to optimize app features and performance.
• Verification: To verify user identity and property information. We may use your documents and account information to confirm that listings are authentic and that users are who they claim to be.
• Communication: To send you messages related to the App. This includes responding to your inquiries, sending you updates or support messages, and notifying you of important announcements or changes to policies.

Minor Protection Policy

We comply with laws protecting minors' data. Children under 13: Syria Estate is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from users under age 13 without verifiable parental consent, in accordance with U.S. COPPA. Teenagers (13–16 years): In keeping with GDPR guidelines, we treat users under 16 as minors. Any processing of a user's data in this age range will be done only with parental approval. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data without parental consent, we will promptly delete that data.

Your Privacy Rights
